INSTALLATION CEREMONY OF COTE D’IVOIRE HONORARAY CONSUL TO SIERRA LEONE

Freetown 14th January 2023 – Appointed by ministerial decree on July 07 2020. Mister Ali Mohamed MOSHEN, during a solemn ceremony presided over by His Excellency Feni KOUAKOU Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire to Liberia, was officially commissioned as Honorary Consul of Côte d’Ivoire in Sierra Leone.
That ceremony was witnessed by the members of the Sierra Leonean government, members of the diplomatic and consular corps accredited in Sierra Leone and an important Ivorian community as well as many guests.
The installation of the honorary consul is the fruit of the will of both Heads of State to reinforce the bilateral cooperation. Mister Moshen as of today has the heavy and noble mission to defend the ivorians living and/or passing through Sierra Leone in the strict respect of the laws of Sierra Leone in a bid to reinforce the ties of friendship and fraternity between the two countries.
